will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate Listing Agent. You will receive a confirmation
email — please keep it for your records. Please allow 24–48 hours from time of submission for
the Listing Agent to receive and present your client's offer to the seller(s).
Reminders:
- Please be sure to answer as many questions as possible about your client's offer on this form.
- Upload a copy of the client's written & signed purchase offer.
- Upload pre-approval letter and/or proof of funds.
PROPERTY STATUS UPDATES:
Once our seller(s) review and accept an offer on their property, ALL Agents who have previously
shown and/or presented offers for the property will be notified via Showing Time Announcements,
in addition to the status update in MLS. Please keep an eye out for this email and/or MLS update.
If your client's offer has been accepted, the Listing Agent will reach out to you in a timely
manner to advise of this acceptance. Let's work together to get this deal closed!
If your client's offer has been accepted, promptly provide the Listing Agent with your buyer's
attorney contact information and schedule any desired inspections promptly.
